Hello, Remember Me? I'm Your Flag.

I received the following video in an email last week, just before Flag Day. I just really think it goes straight to the point. I believe this is exactly what the progressive movement has been striving for in America...to erase our history, America's History, and to make America; history!

Please watch this video, take it to heart, and make as many copies as you can to pass out to the young people in America. We must recount our history, our greatness, and the memories of those who have fought and died for our Liberties if we are to truly Restore American Exceptionalism.

Enjoy.

When is Suicide, Murder?

Okay, look, like everyone else, I don't know the specifics of this case, but what I do know, or believe to be true or "right" is that unless the 9 "mean girls" who were harassing Phoebe Prince actually put the rope around her neck and purposely took away the footing where she was standing, then they are not culpable in her death.

I realize there is a lot of pain for the parents of Phoebe Prince, a lot of fear on the part of the school officials, of a law suit for not intervening, and a political expedience on the part of the DA or the prosecutor in charge of the investigation to place blame somewhere and to get a conviction. That being said, where does the responsibility of the parents and the personal responsibility of the young lady who killed herself come into play?

I believe the key words here are suicide, killed herself, and personal responsibility. Some people have weak minds. Some people just can't deal with life. I have seen many times in the past where someone tries to commit suicide, they fail, and are placed in a mental ward or forced to undergo counseling and placed on medication to "cure" them. I don't know, has anyone who tried to commit suicide and failed ever been successful in placing the blame and getting a conviction of someone driving them to that suicide? My guess is no. So what's the difference?

Well, in my little pea brain there is none, but to the politically motivated prosecutor, the law suit weary school, and the accusatory parents, it must be someones fault other than the poor little dead girls. I believe the "9 mean girls" are guilty...just not of murder. I think they a bullies and should probably suffer some consequences for the crimes they committed. I think if they threw a can of Red Bull at the young lady, they should suffer whatever consequences that crime holds, If they pushed her, shoved her, beat her, or otherwise assaulted her, those things have legal consequences. I don't believe, however, that they should be convicted of, indicted for, or even accused of murder if they didn't place the rope around the girls neck and remove her sound footing from where she stood.

I too was bullied in school. I think everyone, at some point, was bullied. Everyone has someone with whom they disagreed. That usually led to some level of bullying by one or the other. I can't tell you how many time I had my rear end kicked in school. I had a gang of guys who were a year or so older than me, who just had to back me into a corner once a day or their day wasn't complete. Sometimes I fought my way out. Other times a teacher or some of my friends helped me get out, but either way, I usually ended up black eyed or bloody nosed. I had a group of guys who done the same things to a couple other guys smaller, fatter, uglier, smarter, richer, poorer weaker than we were. It's a kid thing. It wasn't something we killed ourselves over though.

Bullying is just a part of life, sometimes you bully, other times you get bullied. We grow up and grow out of it, or we become a politician where bullying your constituents has seemingly become the way of governance in today's government. I don't see the constituency, for the most part, committing suicide though. However, if they did, and left a suicide note that said they were just tired of being bullied, pushed around, and harassed by the government, would the government be prosecuted for murder? I had a friend, a close friend, who committed suicide because he owed the IRS a bunch of money and they continuously harassed him by phone and mail for payment. Are those IRS agents culpable in his death? I mean...I'm just sayin'.

So you tell me. When is suicide murder?

Is the Health care Bill a Suicide Vest?

Okay, so here’s the scenario. Barack Obama is the leader, Osama Bin Laden. Nancy Pelosi is Ayman al-Zawahir and Harry Reid is Abu Yazid, Al Qaida’s number 3 man. The 435 House of Representative members and the 100 Senators are all their minions, the suicide bombers and the 2700 page health care bill that is on the table is the suicide vest meant to steal liberties, and reek financial ruin throughout America while leaving the masses stunned and dumb founded . The 72 virgins are being represented by the power and or job that each of the minions is being promised in exchange for the vote or strapping on the vest.

So the leaders, the ones who are pretty safe at this point are all standing at point telling the minions, it’s for you country, it’s for your party, it’s for the poor, the wretched, the downtrodden, the children. We’ve got your back, we’ll see to it that you and your family are cared for in the end. The voters will forget by November. Just strap on the vest run in there and carry it across the line for us.

We the people know what will happen if the vote yes. We know we won’t forget. We know that some, most of us will survive regardless. We know that many will be hurt. Many of the ones that get hurt will be those that can least afford to be hurt. We’re screaming at the suicide bombers, don’t do it, do strap the vest on, don’t you dare strike out at America in favor of your party politics.

They continue to listen, most of them, to their party leaders, Osama, Zawahir and Yazid. They keep suiting up, strapping on the vest, and right now it appears that they are headed for town square to hurt and maim as many Americans as possible. All in the hopes of more virgins or in this case more power or a job with the administration after the November elections.

In the end, if the bill passes, all 435 jobs of the House of Representatives and 30+ Senators are in trouble. Two of the three leaders are without a doubt secure in their positions and the third, if he loses his Senate seat, will be placed among the other appointed leaders in the administration. I just wonder if it will be worth answering to the true supreme leader when the time comes for them.

Who, who will or will anyone be able to stop the “hell bent on destroying America” suicide bombers. What else can we do to make a final stand? I feel as if we need to make a final march on D.C. the week of the 22nd. I can’t be there before then, but if anyone is willing to go with me, I am in the planning stages now to make that trip if the bill doesn’t pass by the 19th.

It Was Funny “till an Eye Got Put Out”

I remember one time when I was young, my younger brother and I and a few neighbors were having a Bottle rocket war. We were aiming and shooting bottle rockets at each other and having a blast, no pun intended. My mother came out and after a few choice words she demanded we stop shooting bottle rockets at each other before someone got an eye put out. We complied, it was that or suffer the consequences, and I don’t mean standing in a corner for 10 minutes with no toys. Our consequences were real and showed real results.

The next day, mothers at work, we decided to have a BB gun fight. Now, most men my age have done this. That isn’t to say it was smart but we were all John Wayne wanna be’s at one time. About 30 minutes or so into the fight someone got hit, near the eye. It’s been so long ago now, I don‘t even remember who, but the BB was actually embedded into the skin and we had to remove it before our mothers got home from work. No doctors, no Emergency room, no DCFS worker arresting anyone and taking us to a foster home, none of that, but it was fun until an eye nearly got put out.

The best I can tell, there may have been two similar incidents over the weekend. The first one I’ll mention is Carl Edwards in NASCAR purposely wrecking Brad Keselowski after Keselowski seemingly caused Edwards to wreck and destroy an otherwise good chance at a win. Edwards, after his team repaired his ride well enough to get back onto the track and finish the race, purposely waited until Keselowski got near him and without thinking of all the possible outcomes, bumped Keselowski in the left rear ¼ panel area, Keselowski went air born and came down on the driver’s side roof area. Potentially, a very dangerous way to land, luckily, a safe landing and probably a good lesson learned for Keselowski. Now, right or wrong, Edwards couldn’t have known the outcome of his actions, but at 195 mph, anything can happen. It’s kinda like shooting at you neighbors with a BB gun. Somebody is gonna get an eye put out if the horseplay continues.

The second incident involves Congressman Massa from New York. Massa was all about playing the political games, switching parties, giving and getting what he wanted or needed until he was poked in or near the eye. Now I don’t have any idea what happened as far as his votes or his sexual innuendos towards male staffers, or whatever, but my guess is that both sides were playing pretty rough. It certainly appears, on the surface that when he nearly got his eye put out, the game was no longer fun. It was funny ‘till an eye got put out.

Have the Terrorists Already Won?

Have you seen the security at the Superbowl? Have you noticed security at different venues when a crowd exists?

My wife and I were in Miami last Saturday night, early Sunday morning before the Pro Bowl. On the way to our terminal we pass by the stadium in Miami. When I passed the stadium, I looked and seen a massive show of force of homeland security, Miami Dade Police, State Troopers etc.

Today, i was on the phone with a friend of mine who is at the Superbowl which is being held in the same venue as the Pro Bowl last week. He said that the show of force, the unbelievable show of a near militia type police presence is amazing. Armed with automatic weapons, bomb dogs, military like movement throughout.

I look around and we have cameras everywhere, from street cams to stop light cams, security cameras on seemingly every corner.

Have they, the terrorists, already won and we are just too stubborn, proud, mindless to acknowledge the win? I have friends who laugh at me because I won't go to a movie theater with them. I try to stay out of shopping malls and other crowded arenas. Scared, not really, just pessimistically cautious I think. I just would rather not be on every security camera, in the line of every police officer, seen by every security force that exists. I feel invaded every time I have to go into an area that requires that I show I.D. that I wouldn't have had to show before 9/11.

You tell me, have they already won? I believe an argument that they have does exist.

What the???Stop funding "Don't Ask, Don't Tell"

Okay, I know I'm just a dumbA%$ truck driver, but what kind of funding is necessary for the infamous "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy? Why does it cost us taxpayer money to not ask and not tell that someone is gay?

I just don't get it. My guess is that it will cost more taxpayer money to get this bill, that Congresswoman Gillibrand has apparently introduced, defunded or to stop it's funding than the policy itself costs.

How much can it possibly cost for me not to ask and you not to tell? Look, I wouldn't give a darned whether or not the guy next to me in a fox hole is gay or not. I don't want to be involved with him more than to defend his life or he defend mine, but his choices in life are his. He has his God to answer to, he need not answer to me. My belief is that if the military has vetted him, trained him, and moved him forward with his training in the defense of our country, I can trust him to fight when needed and die if asked. Why would I question the military leaders who have defended this country for so many years.

JUST PLEASE STOP USING MY TAXPAYER DOLLARS TO FUND SUCH A POLICY AND TO INTRODUCE AND PASS BILLS TO STOP THEIR FUNDING.

I'm telling you, these people that we have placed in office in D.C. are despicable. These folks will not only waste taxpayer funds on hand, but they are now wasting borrowed taxpayer funds.

I'm begging you folks, anyone in America, who cares about America, get these dirt bag, spend thrift, low life, caterwauling, thieving, misguided, miscreants out of Washington D.C., out of our seats, out of power, and back to the failing households from whence they come.

My Brain is Tired

I am truly sorry for the lack of posting to this site. Please understand that as much as I want to post here, my brain is just tired. I have grown tired of putting forth the effort to provide my opinion. Unlike many other blog sites and web sites that have grown out of the conservative movement in America, I don't just copy and paste or provide opinion on articles from other sites or sources. Mine are mostly opinion on current events.

I will be back. Please continue to check back as often as you can. I am merely resting and trying to get my thoughts together on many fronts.

In the mean time, if you want some good reading, valuable information and a great conservative opinion, please visit smartgirlnation.com. I really like this site.

Again, don't give up on me, I am merely resting my pea brain and trying to get it back into shape for the upcoming fights on health care, cap and trade and the 2010 election cycle. Check back when you can and I will be writing, just not as often as I once wrote.
